Supply Chain Management

In the business world, the term of supply chain management may be recognized as a new system. However, the application of this management system has been implemented for ages, especially since the industrial revolution was taken place. Supply chain itself can be defined as the physical, financial and information networks of the logistics movement process of materials, funds and related information. Obviously, every organization has undergone these processes ever since they established their company for the first time. It is just the term of supply chain management had not been used until world war II. The mentioned business processes have to be accomplished in order for the company to run their business. For instance, before coming to the finished product, a manufacturer of chair has to know how they will obtain the resources from and how they will transform the given resources into tangible products. Once the end product has thoroughly produced, they still have to find out how they are going to sell it to the customers. The whole processes do not end here, manufacturers also need to consider how they will obtain customers feedback for the purpose of improving their business processes, satisfying customer needs and finally gain competitive advantage among any other competitors. Having explained the term of supply chain, a further discussion of supply chain management can be held. It can be argued that supply chain management is the knowledge, methodology, system, strategy or etc, used to manage the whole supply chain process, start from finding raw materials, until obtaining feedbacks from customers. The main purpose of this new management system is to make the whole business processes run more collaboratively and integrated with each other. It is expected that the outcome of a good supply chain management system will benefit a company in achieving efficiency as well as satisfying customers.

Pray , according to http://pimsleur.english-test.net/definitions/definition-of-pray-dictator-signal-age-propose-grow-float-use-self-condition.html pray is "to make a request to a god or spirit; to praise a god or spirit" , why do we have to pray ? because in this world we may do anything we like and make targets to what we want to be in the future , but the truth is god is the one who decides in the end who will we be and if we want something we must work hard to afford it and working hard is just not enough , we must pray to god and ask for His help to grant our wish , sometimes God grants our wishes as soon as possible but sometimes God makes some consideration to help this person or not , either he is good or not.Praying is very important and a must do because we may could ask for help from friends and family but God is the one who created us and knows us from past to future , we must ask for help from God.

Love

What is love ? is it something we felt , something we see , something we smell or something we hear ? can we love a dead object like sand or rocks ? How do we know when we have felt this love ? have you heard of love at the first sight ? is love only to opposite gender ? according to http://www.answers.com/topic/love ."Love is A deep, tender, ineffable feeling of affection and solicitude toward a person, such as that arising from kinship, recognition of attractive qualities, or a sense of underlying oneness. A feeling of intense desire and attraction toward a person with whom one is disposed to make a pair; the emotion of sex and romance." In my opinion , love is something that you could do to God , Friends , your couple , your pet's and even you pensil.Is there something you can't love ? of course you can't love everything in the world , you must have some like and dislike , if we can love everything than whats the purpose and meaning of love in this world????

Smoking

Smoking is an activity that some people are addicted to it , but some people are very against it.In this blog i would discuss the advantage and disadvantage of smokiing , first of all smoking as we all know is a bad habbit , why is it a bad habbit ? because the ciggarettes that we smoke contains toxic that is not good for health and could cause cancer , heart attack and other diseases.Dispite smoking has some bad effects to our health , i my self started smoking since i was at college and before i was a smoker , i was a very anti smoking person.My own experience of smoking was , i tried smoking ciggarettes at high school but i cough and i did'nt like it at all first and besides high school is not permitted to smoke by parents and the school it self.As i went to college , Binus international provides a smoking room and a back lobby to smoke , when i first enter college , many people go to this smoking room and back lobby , so i went their to , but unfortunately people smoke there so i tried smoking again and i found it comfortable because other people that is in the same room smoke to. Having something in common with the person in the room (smoking to) makes me easy to interact with these people , i found smoking helps me communicate with other people , even though this is just something in my personal belief but that's what i think about smoking.

Guitar

The guitar is a very popular musical instrument , you could see this instrument almost in every music from rock , pop to jazz and other genre's of music.Generally the guitar has 6 strings but some musicians have more than 6 strings , John Petrucci which plays the electric guitar in the progressive rock band named Dream Theater uses a 7 String Ibanez Electric guitar to perform and record his song's.Playing the guitar has a fun feeling it's like you can sing while helping you sing , it works both ways.I my self have played the guitar since junior high , and i have been loving it since.The reason i played the guitar is because at elementary i saw my friend played the electric guitar and i have an interest for it because it looks cool to play this instrument.

Passion

a feeling of strong sexual desire love, any object of warm affection or devotion , "the theater was her first love" , "he has a passion for cock fighting" ,the suffering of Jesus at the Crucifixion " , but according to me passion is something that we have an interest in.This interest is just not some interest , it almost as if you cannot live without it for example you have a passion for music , if you haven't played or music in a certain period of time you feel something's missing.Music becomes your life , not just a hobby or something we simply like , because we have passion to music , music it has become something you must need.

How Could We Start Our Business?

When we would like to start our own business, we need to collect some money as our capital. But it could be an interesting issue because the ways to get the capital are various. Usually, there are two options to get the capital ; first one is by using our saving money/ parents money, second one is by borrow some money from borrowers like bank, friend, etc. However, capital is one of the most important things when we would like to start own business. even though, it;s not 100% guarantee that if we have higher capital means we can achieve higher profits, we must to decide whether borrow some money or not. There are some cases to respond this dilemma situation, first one is if you get your first capital from your parents then you failed to reach "success", there are positive and negative impacts for us. the positive is you will not sued by the borrower because the borrower is your parents and no need to pay interest, but the negative one is you will lost your parents trust. The second one is by borrow some money to the banks or friend to get our capital. there are also two sides, the positive thing is you will not fuss your parents and we can prove that we have the capability and could make our parents proud. In contrast, there are many negative sides by borrow money from outside party. First one is we must to pay interest expense (higher money that we borrow, higher the interest that must we pay), the second one is we must to sacrifice our asset as the guarantee and it will take a high risk. Now, in the conclusion, by considering two options we must to decide the best way to start our business!!

My Very Best Friend

I have a great friend, he is not just a best friend for me, but he is the second person that has taken the most improtant role in my life beside my family. We share all of the happiness and sadness things that colouring our life. He is studying in the United States of America now. I cannot play with him when he back to America. Every long holidays, he came to Indonesia. When he was here, I spent my whole day with him. Almost every day, I went to his house and we had a lunch or dinner together. He just the best friend that I ever had. I wonder if I had a girlfriend, could I still play with my pal like this. In the opposite, If he had a girl friend too, could he still play with me like this. I don't care anymore about that and now I feel Im very lucky to have my best friend Ronald.

He is very greedy of power till all of the land in China is under his dominance. By the time he conquer China, he faced one problem like the others. It is death. He command all of his General and army to search for the elixir of immortality. Until one day, there's a rumor said that there's a witch that know where to find the elixir of immortality.
He summon the witch and ask the witch to bring the elixir of immortality for him. The witch was companied by the most trusted general which is his old friend. The witch bring back an ancient scroll from the most completed library in China and read the spell of immortality to the Emperor. However, the Emperor didn't notice that the witch is cursing him because he don't understand the language of the scroll and because the emperor didn't fulfill the promise to the witch then the Emperor started to become a dirt.

Fortune Teller

Now days, most of the people would like to know their future and fate as fun or curious thing to do in their leisure time or when their gathering with their friends. That is why fortune teller is existed around us. Fortune teller is actually a person or a theory who could give prediction of the future of an individual or group. This practice is usually use mystical and supernatural things to support the divination of the people's personality. Although people doesn't believe about the story that told by the fortune teller, but sometimes they actually could feel that it is true and it could happen to them. Furthermore, people in these days also believe their fate and future from Chinese astrology, Chinese signs, and feng shui. One of the theories that is very famous in the Indonesian society is feng shui, because many of them believes that if they use this theory, the infrastructure of their homes and workplaces will become more peaceful and comfortable to live in.

Friends

Friends , there is a saying that friendship is the most valuable thing in the world because what can you do without friends.Friends will always be there for you when you need them , friends are a place to share your feelings when your sad or happy.How do you know when you are already being friends with someone , you can know it by how he reacts when you tell him or her your feelings , or does he only contact you when he needs something and doesn't contact you when he doesn't need your help , or does he talk you in the back when you are not there.There are some people who are nice to everyone and tries to make friends with everyone , but there is a saying a friend to all is a friend to none " Aristotele" which means if you try to be friends with everybody , then you don't have enemies which means is that if you try to be close to everybody then all you have is "friends" not friends, because not eveybody can be friends with everybody.

Relationships with opposite gender

When i mention relationships with the opposite gender , i'm not just talking about girlfriend and boyfriend relationships.Interacting with a different gender is interesting because we have many differences but our differences fill each other , for example they say men can't multi tasking but women can , and there are other sayings say that women are more emotional and has more lust then men.There was a social experiment done on a television reality show titled the beauty and the geek, the show was about 8 women and 8 geeks live in one house and has to cooperate to do challenges given by the host of the show and the winner will get a prize , the show was interesting because what we know or what normally happens is that beautifull and popular girls can't or don't want to become friends with uncool and unpopular geeks , but it turns out that the girls admire the geeks who have brains and the girls sometimes feel that they are stupid and only thinks about fashion.Relationship with opposite gender is an interesting thing to analyze.
