Handout Chp. 3

From the handout chapter 3, I learned about facts, quotations, and statistics. Facts consist of opinions factor, opinions is subjectively based on person's beliefs, and facts is objectively based on reality or truth. It is important to make a paragraph or an essay with these two kinds of topic to support the story. Secondly, quotation is like taking someone else sources to support paragraph, but it divided into two kinds of quotes, such as direct and indirect. In direct quotes, we copy another person's work and put them in quotation symbols ("), and indirect quotes, instead of copy another person's work with quotation symbols, we put "According to A" or "B believes that". Third, statistics is one of the great sources of graph to support the details on the paragraph or essay. Finally, these three topics are very significant to support good and interesting writings, or even presentations.
