Carnival is a great tradition. Rio in Brazil has the largest carnival but Venice, Italy has a fantastic one also. I have some masks from there. In America we have Mardi Gras which is celebrated in New Orleans. I once went to Carnival in Haiti, which is a poor country, but they had a great parade with lots of dancing.I'm sure the one you write about in Paris was amazing. I love Carnival!
