handouts chapter 4

This chapter explain us about how to make a good structured essay. Basically, essay contains 3 paragraph which is introductory paragraph, body paragraph, and concluding paragraph. Introductory paragraph tells us about what are we going to discuss, and we must have a topic sentence here. The topic sentence we write at the introductory paragraph will be explain in the body paragraph. In the body paragraph, we have to insert the topic sentence at the first sentence of the paragraph. And we have to strengthen our topic sentence with supporting idea. Finally, we have to make a conclusion of the paragraph we made. The last part of the essay is the concluding paragraph. Here, we have to retell our topic sentence in different way. and we have to put our opinion or suggestion about our topic in the end of this paragraph.
